Stephen Poppe is the Senior Manager of Customer Success at Label Insight. Stephen brings 10+ years of management experience in both construction and enterprise B2B technology along with a passionate, innovative approach informed by his years of leadership in two industries.
He was able to apply various lean methodology throughout his construction career including work on several award-winning facilities for well-known owners including the DoD, Google, and Disney. After transitioning into B2B SaaS, Stephen led a Customer Success team that enabled successful adoption of data management technology for some of the biggest brands in the world including Pepsi, Walmart, Google, and others. Stephen is a problem solver who brings a customer-centric approach to creating value for clients.
Stephen enjoys hanging out with his wife, watching Premier League soccer on the weekends with his son, and reading a good book.
