As someone who’s always been interested in technology and figuring out how things work, working in the field of SaaS has been a natural fit. Leveraging technology to solve business problems on behalf of customers and translating that into customer success has been a core focus for him throughout his time in this field.
Sergio’s experience includes working in various departments and roles at a couple of different SaaS companies. These have run the gamut from customer support, customer success, training, implementation, and sales.
Outside of work, you can find him planning his next trip, catching the next superhero blockbuster film, or trying out a new restaurant in Chicago.
