Jenn Arevalo is one of the co-founders of the Chicago Customer Success Podcast. She is currently a Team Lead on the Account Management team with Sprout Social.
In place of a college degree, Jenn traded the better part of her early twenties for experience in the e-commerce and social media industries. A native Chicagoan with an extensive background in customer & merchant services and support, Jenn is an avid fan of companies that always solve for the customer first and never stop advocating on behalf of their employees.
A DEI enthusiast and firm believer in the Power of Women’s Anger, Jenn is always looking for ways to empower women and minorities. Outside of work, you can find Jenn looking for her next book club to join or podcast to listen to in addition to smiling at every dog she meets.
